- Location / Weigh-In: Conchy Joe’s Seafood Restaurant & Bar – 3945 NE Indian River Dr, Jensen Beach, FL 34957
- Registration Deadline: Online only, must be completed by midnight on March 6, 2026

🕒 Fishing & Weigh-In Hours
- Fishing begins: First light on Saturday (March 7)
- Weigh-in window opens: 11:00 AM
- Weigh-in deadline: 4:30 PM
- Anglers must be in the weigh-in line by 4:30 PM, no exceptions
- If you’re not in line by this time, fish will not be weighed
- Presence not required to win (fish prizes or raffle items)
🐟 Eligible Species & Entry Limits
- Target species:
- Florida Pompano
- Surf Whiting
- 1 fish per angler per species may be weighed for prize consideration
- One (1) pompano and/or one (1) whiting
- No exceptions

📏 Size Requirements (Per FWC & Tournament Officials)
- Pompano: Must measure at least 11 inches fork length (FWC law)
- Whiting: Must measure minimum 12 inches overall (tournament rule)
- Not accepted:
- Cut, mutilated, or altered fish
- Fish that appear to be caught before legal tournament hours
- Judges may refuse to weigh any fish that appear non-compliant
- Judges’ decisions are final
🚫 Tournament Fishing Restrictions
- This is a surf fishing tournament — ON FOOT ONLY
- Prohibited:
- Fishing from a boat
- Fishing in the Indian River Lagoon / Indian River Lagoon system
- Required fishing location:
- Atlantic coast beaches only
- Must be surf (beach) fishing
- Rod limits:
Maximum 4 rods fishing simultaneously- Additional rods allowed as backups only
- Allowed baits & tackle:
Natural bait- Synthetic/artificial bait
- Artificial lures (ex: jigs on lighter surf tackle)
- Anglers must follow all FWC laws for the area they fish
🏆 Prize Structure
Pompano Division
- Awards for Top 7 heaviest fish
- Junior Award for heaviest fish
Whiting Division
- Awards for Top 5 heaviest fish
- Junior Award for heaviest fish
Tie-Breaker Rule
- If two anglers tie by weight:
- Fish weighed first wins the higher leaderboard position
- Second fish takes the next position in weigh-in order

- Sales: Online + in-person during fishing hours at Conchy Joe’s
- Drawing: Immediately after official weigh-in concludes
